Work hard at whatever you do. You will soon go to the world of the dead, where no one works or thinks or reasons or knows anything.

Anuman daw ang ginagawa mo ngayon, ibuhos mo na lahat ang kaya mo, pagandahin mo, give your best, kasi pagka namatay ka na, wala ka nang gagawin. E ang tagal-tagal mong patay. So habang may ginagawa ka, magpasalamat ka’t may ginagawa ka. Do, give, and produce your best. Whatever it is.

And do not behave like a prima donna when you become successful or fruitful. Hindi komo mataas na ang ranggo mo, late ka nang darating at pa-star ka na. Ibig sabihin nun hindi mo minamahal yung trabaho mo. Isipin mo, nagpakadalubhasa ka, nagpakahirap, kung anu-ano ang ginawa mo para tumaas ang posisyon mo, at pag nandun ka na, saka mo ilalabas yung mga arte at bisyo mo. This is one major cause of the downfall of many celebrities, artists, and professionals. Hirap na hirap magpa-extra-extra para makilala. Pagka siya na ang bida sa pelikula, dalawang araw nang walang trabaho yung mga extra dahil wala siya sa mood.

Many achievers just become complacent. They become rich and are able to afford drugs, alcohol and all kinds of vices. Then they begin to self-destruct. When they become very successful, they forget to love their work, their craft, and their career. They become negligent, overconfident and unkind just because they could.

Don’t be proud. Lahat ng talent natin hindi naman tayo ang gumawa. Dios lang ang nagbigay. Kung binibigyan ka ng propesyon mo ng kahit konti man lang dangal, lalo mong mahalin ang trabaho mo.
