People dream. That is one basic reality. People have hopes, desires, and plans. Without these, life would be nothing but mere existence. Pagka ang buhay ay wala nang hinahangad, walang minimithi, walang pinagpupunyagian, parang magiging boring existence lamang ang buhay. Dapat talagang punung-puno tayo ng mga gustong gawin, matupad, at ma-accomplish. We should turn our dreams into plans. Pagka pangarap pa lang, medyo vague pa yan. Ano ba ang pangarap mo? Paano mo ba gagawin yun? Kailangan mo ba ng training o ng education? Do you need somebody to give you a break? Kailangan mo ba ng lugar? O management?
Dreams and plans help us forget and heal from the past. Marami na rin siguro tayong naranasang mga kabiguan, hirap, frustration, failures, losses, and disappointments. But if we have new dreams and new plans, parang mayroong bagong dahilan para mabuhay. At nagkakaroon ng kulay muli yung mga mapuputla at sumisigla yung mga matatamlay nang bahagi ng ating buhay. Dreams and plans give us hope and excitement. Mas madaling limutin yung mga mapapait at masasakit na karanasan kung mayroong magandang tinatanaw at hinaharap; kung mayroong hinihintay, inaabangan, pinagpaplanuhan, at ginagawa.
Dreams and plans move us on. And in this life that could be filled with failure and sorrow, dreams allow us to escape from being trapped in our past. At mahalagang ang mga pangarap at mga planong ito ay nakasukob at nakaayon sa kung ano ang nais at kalooban ng Dios para sa atin.
