We should celebrate even our failures and weaknesses. Why? Because our failures and weaknesses force us to be humble. Bihira lang naman yung taong lagi na lamang achiever, matagumpay, at magaling.
Sa mga bahagi ng ating buhay na iniisip nating tayo’y malakas at kaya na nating harapin ang buhay, nakakalimutan na nating magdasal at umasa sa Dios. Bakit natin nakikilala ang lakas ng Panginoon sa ating kahinaan? Dahil sa ating kahinaan, dun tayo umaasa sa kanya.
In times of weakness, we realize who God is. Moments of weakness and failure are humbling moments. Naitatanong tuloy natin sa ating sarili, “Bakit kaya ako naging weak? Bakit kaya ako nag-fail? Am I being humbled? Siguro naging proud ako. Siguro naging self-sufficient ako. Did I do something wrong with the way I think? With the way I live? With the way I look at life?”
In times of weakness, we realize that the Lord allows failure to force us down on our knees. And that’s the point when we become blessed. A failure can come out a blessing if it checks our relationship with God. And yes, we can celebrate even in our failure. Meron bang ganun: “You are invited to my failure party”? Meron.
