Matthew 22:20-21 (NIV)
And he [Jesus] asked them, “Whose portrait is this? And whose inscription?” “Caesar’s,” they replied. Then he said to them, “Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.”

“Dapat ba kaming magbayad ng buwis kay Caesar?” was a very difficult question posed to Jesus in order to trap him.

The tithe belongs to God at kung gusto mong pag-aralin yung kapatid mo, i-source mo sa iba. Huwag mong nakawin sa tithe mo. Lagyan mo ng kaayusan.

When you negotiate, leave something on the table for the other. Hindi mo dala lahat. Hindi yung winner-take-all. The world will hate you if you are the winner and you take all. Kailangan lahat mayroon. Everybody brings home something.
