Colossians 4:6

Be pleasant and hold their interest when you speak the message. Choose your words carefully and be ready to give answers to anyone who asks questions.

And the Lord never did that. So be liked and loved, not disliked and hated, after speaking.

Many are disliked because they wound hearts whenever they speak. Is that the way to live?

As long as it is morally and culturally acceptable to express it, express it. Jesus had emotion so we should not be afraid of our emotions. Let people enjoy the Jesus in you; the loving, tender, and nice version of you. What a great ministry! It is really much better to be liked than to be disliked.
